Content 3.1 Definition of conflict metals means metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn), which are derived from mining areas in conflict areas controlled by non-governmental military groups or non-military factions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Profits from illegal mining by local military groups are stolen from citizens and have led to human rights violations and environmental degradation in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The raw materials used in our products do not contain gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), tin (Sn) and other metals. The company strictly abides by the Code of Conduct of the electronics industry and only purchases materials from environmentally and socially responsible raw material suppliers, and requires the raw material suppliers to sign the Supplier Sustainable Development Statement. Implement the Supplier Conflict-Free Metals Procurement Requirements for suppliers to ensure that our suppliers purchase from smelters that have been certified as conflict-free metals of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and are listed in the EICC's Conflict-Gesi Conflict-Free Smelters (CFS) list.
